As TTEC expands its call center services in Cebu City, the company has several new full-time career opportunities available to bilingual candidates. Now hiring both Customer Service Representatives and Service to Sales Representatives, TTEC is welcoming walk-in applicants from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday, at its Cebu City recruitment hub, eBloc, Tower 2, Geonson Street, Asiatown IT Park.

In the Customer Service Representative role, employees can expect to handle inbound calls, conduct research to resolve customer issues quickly and with compassion, and may offer product upgrades to current customers. Candidates must have completed senior high school or two years of college and possess strong communication and computer skills.

Service to Sales Representatives take on more complex inquiries, helping to resolve escalated issues while delivering empathic, solutions-oriented support. Candidates must meet the same educational requirements as those in customer service roles, have at least three months of BPO experience, and demonstrate excellent product knowledge and customer care.
