The new unit will join the CC-2050 and CC-2060, which remain the company's flagship benches.
Both are freestanding units that sit on rubber feet and install on any level surface, requiring no floor cuts or reinforced pads. Both include digitally controlled bi-directional torque, a touchscreen interface for job and customer tracking, and an integrated pressure test system that detects internal and external leak-bys through an on-screen pressure graph.
The CC-2050 delivers up to 50,000 ft-lbs of loosening torque and 37,500 ft-lbs of tightening torque. The CC-2060 delivers up to 60,000 ft-lbs loosening and 50,000 ft-lbs tightening. Both handle a 24-inch swing and a 20-foot center-to-center working distance, extendable by 12 or 24 feet.
Cylinder Cyclone reports that its efficient, faster, & safer hydraulic cylinder repair benches reduce average cylinder repair time by 50 to 80 percent. The company also notes that customers typically recover the cost of a machine in under two years at a utilization rate of two average excavator cylinders or one hour of machine time per day.

Cylinder Cyclone's benches address this through a wireless remote that keeps the operator clear of the machine during operation, automatic safety latches that prevent unsecured tooling from falling out of the headstock, crane overload protection that shuts the bench down if a strap wraps a cylinder, and a high-limit shutoff on the pressure test system.
